B) Selection by Advertisement Campaign

Our creative department allows us to produce skilfully written and objective advertisements, our understanding of the principle motivational factors allows us to devise advertisements that 'pull'. We have operated successful campaigns right across the key major economic communities in Europe including Germany, France, Holland, Sweden, Denmark, Russia and of course the UK.

Advertising to build a pool of candidates is much more widespread in Europe than the US and in some countries is by far the more recognize way of bringing a new opportunity to the market. This pool of candidates is then filtered in much the same way as an Executive Search to produce a shortlist of qualified and motivated individuals from whom to make a selection.

The key to the success of any advertisement campaign is the advertisement itself. There is a necessity for it to stand out from the page whilst the content must be written in a motivational and open style. We are here to screen candidates and we are set up to handle any volume of response.
